It's very clean and hygiene, well maintained, and more than value for money stay . Staff is quite nice and professional, speaciialy the manager javed is nice as a person apart from seems to be experienced into hospitality business , I recommend anyone who is willing to book the hotel can do so.

Rate is affordable although sometimes is a bit high from booking agency. Room size is big enough for two guests like the room i booked.

Location is Easy direction from airport for nonresident first time in Riyadh Near by most of Services and government buildings Despite being in some how quiet district Unfortunately can’t experience such things if you didn’t rent a car

The cleanliness proximity to the market the quiet location. Pretty much everything! We would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Riyadh.

Location is very decent, old property but well maintained, rooms are spacious, staff is humble and responding, Juma mosque is just road crossing

Everything was good 👍 the receptionist Hazem and Ahmed Basiuony are really good and kinds, special thanks to them. The location is good near everything you need.

The rooms were nice and clean and totally as mentioned in the photos. It was quite and peaceful and there was no smell or insects.
